Ordering, in four steps

We keep things simple so you can focus on your guests. Here is what to expect from the first click to the knot on your table.

Enter your delivery ZIP to see whether we reach you and what the delivery fee will be.

Tell us your guest count
Choose from 10, 15, 20, 25 servings. We suggest a platter combination you can adjust.

Choose a weekend date
Pick a Saturday or Sunday and a one-hour delivery window. Only dates with room are shown.

We roll, pack and deliver
On the morning of your party we cook, roll, cut and pack everything, then bring it to your door.

The details

Good to know before you order

Order window: Orders for the coming weekend close on Wednesday at 11:59 PM Eastern. This gives us time to shop and prepare.
Delivery days and windows: We deliver on Saturday and Sunday. Windows run hourly from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We take a small number of orders each day so every platter is fresh.
Serving guide: One roll of about 10 pieces serves 2 guests. Platters start at 10 servings and increase in steps of 5.
Larger events: For 30 servings or more, send an inquiry and we will plan it with you.
Payment: Orders are paid in full when placed, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. Virginia sales tax and local meals tax are shown before you pay.
Cancellation: Full refund up to 72 hours before your delivery window.
